EIDEX stands for sustainably produced, tested and certified giveaways and premiums from all over the world with the highest quality standards. No child labor, no wage dumping, no production that endangers health. EIDEX works exclusively with accredited, certified suppliers who undergo regular inspection processes. We limit ourselves to a fixed portfolio of producers and service providers with whom we maintain close contact in a spirit of partnership.

We limit ourselves to a fixed portfolio of producers and service providers with whom we maintain close, partnership-based contact, such as at WerbeWelt, the trade fair for sustainable advertising materials, which we launched in 2022. At the trade fairs, we offer our customers a wide selection of sustainable, fairly produced and certified products. We will inform you individually about economic and sustainable possibilities around our holistic advertising media full service concept.

Sustainability on site

We make our contribution to environmental protection – EIDEX attaches great importance to sustainability, which already begins with our company building. We have made energy efficiency our theme, whether in the office or in the warehouse: a large-area photovoltaic system provides the power supply, an earth-coupled heat pump provides heat in winter, which is also used to air-condition the office and warehouse areas in an environmentally friendly way in summer. In this way, the entire building (offices as well as storage areas) manages without fossil fuels, because it is also optimally insulated. The energy demand in the passive house EIDEX is below the legal requirements and more energy is generated CO2-neutral than is consumed in the building.

ISO certification

EIDEX takes its responsibility for quality assurance seriously and is therefore a company audited and certified by TÜV Süd in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. EIDEX stands for transparency and clear structures in terms of high customer satisfaction and regularly puts its qualification, professionalism and sustainability to the test.

EIDEX registers with the central office for the packaging law!

Throughout Europe, it applies to packaging that the manufacturer of a product also assumes product responsibility for the packaging in the sense of avoidance, reuse and recycling.

The implementation in Germany takes place via the Packaging Act (VerpackG).

In this context, the Central Packaging Register Agency assumes the task of registering the product responsible parties and thus making them public, and of ensuring transparency and legal clarity through further tasks (e.g. data reporting).

It goes without saying that all products sold by EIDEX comply with the legal requirements.

CE mark: complies with the requirements of the European Community.

GS mark: certifies conformity with the Equipment and Product Safety Act (GPSG).

IFS: standard for auditing companies that process food.

REACH: complies with EC Regulation on Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals.

RoHS: complies with EU Directive 2002/95/EC on the restriction of the use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.

Oeko-Tex Standard 100: Internationally binding test catalog for textiles, which serves to protect the health of the consumer.

PSI

EIDEX is involved in the Promotional Service Institute (PSI), the international network of the promotional products industry.

Our sustainability awareness at a glance

  • Our building is heated and cooled exclusively by geothermal energy (underfloor heating and cooling ceiling). This also ensures that there is always a constant temperature in the logistics.

  • Via a photovoltaic system on the roof, the EIDEX building generates more energy than it consumes and supplies about 20 households in the surrounding area with electricity.

  • All EIDEX cardboard boxes as well as the delivery note bags are made of recycled paper and can be disposed of or recycled together.

  • Our waste paper or cardboard is pressed into handy cubes by a pressing machine, which are collected and recycled on a regular basis.

  • We work in (almost 100%) paperless offices.

  • Our business fleet consists almost exclusively of hybrid vehicles, which are charged via wallboxes in the company.

  • Only LED lights have been installed in the large warehouse to conserve resources.

  • Employees are trained on the subject of sustainable action in the company.

  • As an advertising full-service provider with our all-round carefree package on site and the store systems, we also create short distances for our customers and can thus work energy-efficiently and sustainably.
